Cancellation Policy
If a change in your schedule does arise, we have a 2-day cancellation policy to avoid a charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made 1 day prior to a scheduled appointment is subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service, if before 3pm and 100% after 3pm the day before. Cancellations or rescheduling made after 3pm the day before an appointment, same-day cancellations/ rescheduling and no-shows are responsible for 100% charge. Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.
